My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were nice, although they had a faint smell of cigarettes. The location was excellent, just a short drive from the O'Hare airport, which was very convenient. The service was top-notch but could have been better in terms of breakfast food replenishment. The dining options were average but varied.
The hotel had some ups and downs. The rooms were missing some basic amenities like a fridge and microwave, and they seemed a bit dated. Despite notifying them of a late arrival, they ended up selling out my room. On the other hand, the service was impeccable, especially from Daniel, Rolanda, and Sean. The location was convenient, close to the airport with a helpful shuttle service. Dining options were decent, offering a good breakfast spread. However, the overall experience was marred by poor room conditions and a hiccup with the reservation.
The hotel room was large and comfortable, but it lacked a fridge and microwave, and the chairs were worn out. It's not a deal-breaker, but adding a refrigerator would be a nice touch. The view from my room was nice, not overlooking the parking lot.
