My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable overall. The rooms were nice, although they had a faint smell of cigarettes. The location was excellent, just a short drive from the O'Hare airport, which was very convenient. The service was top-notch but could have been better in terms of breakfast food replenishment. Despite notifying them of a late arrival, they ended up selling out my room. On the other hand, the service was impeccable, especially from Daniel, Rolanda, and Sean. The location was convenient, close to the airport with a helpful shuttle service. Dining options were decent, offering a good breakfast spread. However, the overall experience was marred by poor room conditions and a hiccup with the reservation.
